How to Order Your Custom Cake?!

Step 1 — Choose Your Cake Size

  • Visit our Cake Ordering Guide to see all available sizes, layers, serving estimates and average pricing.

  • Pick the size that works best for your celebration.

 

Step 2 — Fill Out the Order Form Below

  • Complete our Custom Cake Order Form below with your selected size, flavour, dietary needs, and any design details.

  • You can upload one photo of your desired design for reference.

Step 3 — Get Your Quote & Confirm Your Order

  • We’ll review your form and email you an estimate along with deposit instructions.

  • Your order is confirmed only after we receive your deposit and you receive a confirmation email from us.

Important Notes:

  • Minimum 3 days' notice required for custom cake orders.

  • Limited daily capacity – we may stop accepting orders even with notice.

  • Weekend orders: Submit earlier in the week as weekends fill up quickly.

  • Orders are not confirmed until deposit is received and we send a confirmation email.

Pickup Policy:

To help everything run smoothly in our little kitchen, here are a few things to keep in mind for pickup:

 

  • Please pick up your cake within 1 hour of your scheduled time. Since our fridge space is limited, cakes left longer may be subject to a small $5/hour holding fee.

  • We’re not able to offer early pickups. If you arrive ahead of schedule, the cake might still be in the finishing stages, and we don’t want to rush it or keep you waiting unnecessarily.

  • If you need to adjust your pickup time, just let us know at least 2 days in advance. We’ll always try our best to make it work.
