How to Order Your Custom Cake?!

Step 1 — Choose Your Cake Size

  • Visit our Cake Ordering Guide to see all available sizes, layers, serving estimates and average pricing.

  • Pick the size that works best for your celebration.

 

Step 2 — Fill Out the Order Form Below

  • Complete our Custom Cake Order Form below with your selected size, flavour, dietary needs, and any design details.

  • You can upload one photo of your desired design for reference.

Step 3 — Get Your Quote & Confirm Your Order

  • We’ll review your form and email you a quote along with deposit instructions.

  • Your order is confirmed only after we receive your deposit and you receive a confirmation email from us.

Important Notes:

  • Minimum 3 days' notice required for custom cake orders.

  • Limited daily capacity – we may stop accepting orders even with notice.

  • Weekend orders: Submit earlier in the week as weekends fill up quickly.

  • Orders are not confirmed until deposit is received and we send a confirmation email.

Specialty Cakes

Classic Sponge Cakes are light sponge-style cakes with whipped cream-based fillings. Specialty Cakes (Red Velvet and Carrot Cake) include a cream cheese & whipped cream filling.

Note: These are extra ingredients added to the base cream filling. Fruit = real chopped or canned fruit, Nuts = crushed nuts

We require at least 3 days’ notice for all cake orders. Dates requested with less than 3 days’ notice are subject to availability and may be declined.

Please Confirm a Time

Pickup Policy:

  • Please pick up your cake within 1 hour of your selected time.

  • Early pickup is NOT available.

  • If you need to adjust your pickup time, please let us know at least 1 day in advance.
